What scope should I get for my 300 blackout
#1
I have a 16" I built primarily for hunting hogs. Want to keep it under $200.
This one.

Or the 2-7

primary arms is good to go. i have slimmed down on buy right now, so i have only ordered from their "sales events" 3 times this month. Big Grin

I ordered the Vortex Diamondback. The Nikon P300 may have been the better choice but it is more complicated. I like to keep things simple.

Talkin' to ya' here from my retail experience ... Vortex is a winner. They offer features of scopes for twice their price, and their "VIP' warranty is for real. Lifetime, forever coverage and if you call them you speaks to a real live dude that will hit the 'easy button' for you. Made in China, just fyi if that makes you gag or something, but the company is all USA.

This one came to mind as a fit for you http://www.vortexoptics.com/product/vort...ex-reticle

The 2-7 Diamondback was $150 plus tax free shipping. I think it was clearance priced because it had the less poplar duplex reticle. I doubt I will ever take a shot over 100 yards with the 300 blackout so it should fulfill my needs.

I might do a Spartan, it meets my requirements on an AR.
If your looking for night vision, check out this one.

It's has more modern electronics. If I were hunting hogs once a month, I would have to consider it.

Got the scope last week and mounted it. The eye relief seems a little short. Maybe I just need to get used to it. The truck has been in the shop twice in the last week so I haven't been able to shoot with it yet. Hope to have a range report next week.

I think some of the acocs are like that. They think they call it nose to charging handle because that's where your head ends up

I can move it all the way forward on the upper and achieve that.

Go for Nikon P-300 Black Riflescope with BDC SuperSub Reticle.
