Does anyone know who makes this rail. Bought a upper and the barrel came loose. Think the barrel nut needs some set screws, just want to check the manual on installation. Thanks in advance.

Some rails have a special wrench some don't. Take a picture of the whole rail

Those look like holes for a spanner wrench. You may be able to order one from spikes.

Its a quarter round with a boss that goes in the hole.

If your handy you can improvise with a couple of pins

Didn't come off, just loosened up a little. The gas tube held it in place.

are you using a vertical foregrip? this is usually why this happens.

They may have only tightened it to the closest hole, leaving it too loose.  You may need to remove the tube and tighten to the next hole.

I'm not sure if you need a standard wrench or a proprietary one. A picture of the face of the nut would help
